Ordering agent for cafés & F&B brands

Your menu, taking orders by itself.

Lumi is an AI order-taker on your own channel. Customers order the way they talk, in their own words and language. Every price, item and allergen answer comes from your menu, not from the model.

Built in Singapore for multi-outlet cafés. We build a demo on your own menu before you commit to anything.

wait, I'm allergic to milk
Then Kopi C isn't for you: the C is evaporated milk, so I've taken it out. This shop hasn't published allergen information for the other drinks, so I can't confirm any of them is milk-free. Want me to ask the counter?
What stays yours

The model talks. Your rules decide.

Lumi is fluent, but it is never trusted with money or safety. These four checks run on the server on every order.

Prices come from your menu

The total is recomputed on the server from your price list and modifiers. A total the model makes up never reaches checkout.

Only what you sell

Every item is matched to your menu. Off-menu or sold-out items are refused, and the customer is offered what you do have.

Allergens are blocked, not guessed

A declared allergy blocks items tagged with it. Where you haven't published allergen information, Lumi says so instead of reassuring.

Nothing is ordered unconfirmed

The customer sees the cart, the total and dine-in · takeaway, and confirms. "Place the order" alone is not a yes.

Languages

Orders the way Singapore talks.

Kopitiam shorthand, mixed languages, half a sentence at a time. Lumi answers in the language the customer writes.

Six-week pilot

Try it on one outlet before anything else.

Start with one to three outlets. You decide at the end of week six, with your own numbers in front of you.

  1. Week 0

Your menu, live in a day

We build Lumi on your published menu and prices. You check it in a 15-minute call.

  2. Weeks 1–6

    Customers order by chat

A link and a counter QR. Orders arrive in your merchant console with a chime.

  3. Week 6

    Decide on your numbers

A weekly report: orders through Lumi, repeat customers, hand-offs to staff. Keep it or walk away.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

Does it connect to my POS?

Not yet. During the pilot, orders arrive in the Lumi merchant console with a chime, and your staff key them in or prepare them from there.

What happens to my customers' data?

It is yours. Lumi only processes it to run your ordering. A customer can ask for their data to be deleted, and it is.

What does it cost?

The pilot is a fixed fee for six weeks, credited if you continue. We go through it on the call, with your outlet count in hand.

Will it replace my staff?

No. It takes the order and the questions in the queue, then hands off to a person for anything it shouldn't answer.

Your official door for AI agents
